We offer consumers three convenient ways to make payments on their accounts. Consumers can make a payment through our secure online payment portal, over the phone with a representative, and by mail. Consumers can watch our YouTube video on How to Make a Payment for more information.

To discuss options for resolving your account or to make a payment over the phone with a member of our team, please call 844-978-0072. Our team of professional representatives are available to assist you Monday through Thursday, 9am-6pm, and Friday 9am-2pm.

Payments can also be mailed directly to our office. We accept payments by mail in the form of a check or money order. Please do not mail cash and be sure to include your account number with your payment.

You will need to set up a login in order to access your account information.  Please click on this link: Customer Portal to be brought to our consumer portal.  From there you will be able to set up a login and access your account to check the balance or make a payment.

Spire Recovery Solutions does not report to the credit reporting agencies; however, the owner of an account in our office may report the account to the credit reporting agencies. For more information about how your score would be affected, please contact one of the three credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).

We cannot speculate on the impact a payment or non-payment would have on your credit report, credit worthiness, or credit score. You can contact one of the three credit reporting agencies for more information. To learn more about your rights in terms of credit reporting, visit the FTC’s post about Credit and Your Consumer Rights.

 The account owners that place accounts with Spire Recovery Solutions that do report will notify the appropriate credit reporting agency of any changes to the tradeline as required by law. Updates can take 60-90 days to show on your credit report. For more information please contact the credit reporting agencies directly.
