We encourage consumers to contact us directly regarding credit bureau reporting or removal inquiries. Credit reporting policies vary by creditor and other factors. All credit reporting is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

No, Spire Recovery Solutions does not sue consumers. We are a collection agency that works with consumers to amicably resolve past-due balances on behalf of creditors. In certain instances, when collection attempts are unsuccessful, creditors may sometimes pursue legal remedies. That’s why two-way communication is important. Spire Recovery Solutions accepts consumer disputes made verbally, electronically or through the mail.  Please email us and a representative will work with you.

Spire Recovery Solutions does not report to the credit reporting agencies; however, the owner of an account in our office may report the account to the credit reporting agencies. For more information about how your score would be affected, please contact one of the three credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion). We cannot speculate on
