Update February 2022 – The 25th Annual RMAI Annual Conference was held Feb. 7-10, 2022 in Las Vegas, NV. ACA International

As a New York-based business, Spire strives to be at the forefront of any local and state changes that may occur. We are members of the New York State Collectors Association. NYSCA is composed of 129 collection agencies and professionals that work to promote and advance the interests and general welfare of the industry through education, networking, and encouraging the adoption of legislation. Through our close partnership with NYSCA, Spire remains focused on understanding all impactful legislation moving through our home state.

In mid-2021, Spire expanded our memberships to include work with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). The NFIB is a member-driven organization advocating for small and independent business owners nationwide. RMAI Certification
In addition to our membership with RMAI International, Spire maintains its status as a Certified Receivables Business with RMAI. Spire is honored to comply with RMAI’s high standards of compliance. To become certified, RMAI conducts a background check that confirms businesses comply with uniform and rigorous industry standards and best practices. The standards address core principles including account documentation, chain of title, consumer complaint and dispute resolution, statute of limitation compliance, vendor management, credit bureau reporting, resale, as well as other relevant operating procedures.
SOC 1 Type 1 Certification
